Jennifer and Dean's Wedding Weekend

Jennifer and Dean were married this weekend in Longview, TX. I love this top picture- I snapped it spontaneously as they were waiting for the bridal party to gather outside. Everything was so fun and beautiful- and pretty hot :). They were married at a new home in Longview called the Belgium House, and the ceremony was in the gazebo behind us with the reception in the house. Here are the girls at the rehearsal-

Everything went very smoothly and Jennifer was relaxed and seemed to be able to enjoy every moment of her big day. Amber snapped several pictures during the ceremony and reception, so I will have to get those from her later. Jennifer, we are so happy for you and Dean!

Wedding Weekend- Jennifer and Michael!

Look at this gorgeous bride!!! We celebrated Jennifer and Watson's wedding weekend in NW Arkansas this weekend, and everything was beautiful and so fun. Here are a few pictures- the rehearsal dinner was at her parents home around their pool. Fun but HOT.

Of course, Sydney had a blast all weekend too. We stayed with Mimi and she and Aunt Sherri were so wonderful to keep her during the wedding events. I know she kept them busy every second- here is her modeling a pair of Mimi's house shoes

Trying out Gymnastics

Since dance is taking a break this summer, we are trying a gymnastics class for June and July. There are about 10 other kids that come and so far Sydney is LOVING it. Today she got to jump on the long trampoline, practice forward and backward rolls, try cartwheels and the vault, walk on the balance beam, then jump and play in a huge foam pit. I love that she was having a blast and practicing taking turns, following directions and actually learning some gymnastics and getting a workout in too. Whew- I was sweating too because we were so busy!

Hot Springs Girls Trip/Ambers Shower

Thursday night several of my OBU girls had a girls trip to Hot Springs. Amber and Katie's firms helped cover the awesome 4+ bedroom lake house we got to stay in (since they were in town for the Bar Association meeting). We stayed up until 2:00am just laughing and looking at these beautiful photo books that Erin made with hundreds of college pictures we all sent her. It is amazing and I can't wait to start on our next decades worth of pictures!! Who got the big group shot of us on the back deck- Scarlett? Dayle?? Then Saturday we all got to help celebrate Amber's baby girl Anna Beth at a beautiful shower at the Kirkpatricks. This is the ever growing group without Pierce, Bowden and Maddox.

Mimi was one of Sydney's favorites for sharing her jelly beans. Aiden wasn't as impressed :).

Swim Lessons!

Sydney and Jackson had 2 swim lessons this week and both of them love the pool! They both like being in the water with the instructor and us of course; however, they both were asking for a snack and to slide in the kiddie pool towards the end of the lesson. But we have been blessed with great weather and stayed to swim and loved every minute of it!

Oh, to be 2 and be so thrilled with ALL of your achomplishments!

Anyone who knows me knows I am a born and raised Arkansas lake lovin' kind of girl. This is Sydney's third summer on the water, and I am positive she already feels the same!!! Thanks Mom and Joe for an awesome and relaxing weekend on the lake!!!
