Whew... we had a great weekend! Be prepared for a long post!

Here we are after church today, and we spent the rest of the day recovering from a busy but great weekend. I am actually watching Lord of the Rings: Return of the King with Brent with a blanket and my laptop, trying to fight a cold from the Razorback game, but I am jumping ahead! We had a relaxing Thanksgiving with some of Brent's family at his mom's house. The food was fantastic and Sydney enjoyed having another baby around.

And to add to the celebration, it was my father-in-law Lloyd's birthday! Happy Birthday Poppa!

Aunt Whitney, Eric and baby Jonathan!
After dinner we helped get Sandy's house ready for Christmas.
Who has the boot?!?!?!?!
We have the boot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who beat LSU?!?!?!
We beat LSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO HOGS GO!!!!
Now, I must give an honest account of the game. We both dressed like fools who thought it was not going to rain and was going to warm up during the afternoon. I actually wore ballet flats without socks! So, we endured the first half like champs, but when the score was LSU 30 Hogs 14 and it was starting to rain harder, we headed to the car. I know, fair weather fans. We grabbed Syd from my mom's and I can PROMISE we watched every second of the second half cheering our heads off from the warm house. I am happy for Casey Dick after all the ups and downs he has endured. And....
Can't WAIT for next year's season!

And now... Aunt Erin's Cookie Decorating Party!!!!! Erin had several kids over on Saturday for the first annual Christmas Cookie Decorating party. Every single detail was perfect and we had a blast. Here are a few of my favorite pictures...

Please look at these adorable aprons that Erin made for all the kids.

Dear Santa, if you need a hint on what I want for Christmas, it would be balloons. I had more fun playing with these than most toys.
Gigi even came to help decorate!
We are very thankful and very blessed indeed!!!!
