Well, hey y'all! Ever just go through a few weeks of not wanting to see life through a camera lens??? I just have been enjoying this gorgeous spring weather and working and playing and growing a human and not blogging! But there is a time for everything God says, and I do have some cute pics I want to share/remember. Sydney is SO hilarious these days, just the things she says and does crack us up all the time. She asked me at dinner "Where did your dinner go?" and I said "In my belly" to which she leaned forward very seriously and said "Where did that baby go?!?!?!". I imagine she was picturing a baby with chicken spaghetti dumped on it's head, but who knows!?!? The pregnancy seems to be going smoothly, and I am finding myself feeling a little more "normal" most days. I am almost 15 weeks along, so the pink vs. blue countdown has cranked up in my head! My wonderful Aunt Cathy from Wyoming was in town for several days, and we got to spend some time with her. Below is a snap of us at dinner at Copper Grill- yum! That is Cathy, my dad, and then on my right is my brother John. People have been saying Sydney looks more and more like John these days!

Easter weekend was really beautiful and fun. We were invited to a birthday party at a little boutique/spa for girls on Saturday and Sydney had a BLAST!

I mean- what is not to love??? Showing off her manicure-

Getting her makeup and hair done-

Ta da! It must have been a "green" day, because she picked a green fairy costume and green hair spray. Did I mention this was the day before Easter and on top of green they applied a TON of glitter. I was nervous it was going to make an appearance at church but it washed out.

A fairy princess tea party-

Followed by a fashion show :)

After the fabulous party, Merrit and Greer's church across the street was hosting an Easter party, so we stopped by with our fancy makeup, hair and pettiskirt. Yes, we were over dressed.

The girls got to hold real bunnies

Loving the puppy dog

An egg hunt. Poor thing, I didn't know we were going to the Easter party, so of course I didn't have her basket and she had to borrow one. She told the girls at the gate twice that she did have a basket but Mommy forgot it.

Easter morning we slept in- ha ha we wish. Sydney was up bright and early to see if the Easter Bunny had come. She was very happy to find a basket of goodies, Princess and the Frog movie, and a Minnie Mouse dress with tickets to Disney on Ice.

And that sneaky bunny even hid eggs that she dyed at Aunt Erins!

What is wrong with us and Easter morning!?!?!?! I swear, every year we are rushing to church and never get a good pic! I even told someone this year I was going to get her dressed up the day before for a pic in her dress and I forgot. Oh well. This is her arriving at her Sunday school class Easter morning! I have the best of intentions!

After church we cooked out burgers at Brent's parents house, and Aunt Whitney brought her a huge princess basket. Huge hit Whit! Thank you!
