Granddaddy Bo

My grandfather passed away yesterday at age 83. Grief is strange. It comes in weird ways and emotions. I am so thankful for every visit and moment with him. He lived life to the fullest, and this past Christmas took the family on a cruise! He fought in 3 wars as a Marine, and for as long as I can remember flew an American flag in front of his house- before Desert Storm and 9-11 made patriotism the accepted American way.

I know that his passing is a shock and that it is hard. Losing someone you love always is. I am dreading when my last grandparents go they are such a wealth of knowledge and are a big part of good memories!!! I will never forget going to the lake and races with them/ you. and hearing the stories about him from you!!! I will be thinking about you the next couple of days!!! I Love You. c
