Pigtails and Crew Cuts

Sydney got a big girl haircut yesterday after school at Pigtails and Crew Cuts. She has had a few trims from Allison who does my hair, but we tried out the kids salon and it was a great experience. Sydney thought she was so big and fancy. This is a quick "before" pic but hard to judge cause her hair was in a knot on the top of her head. She has all this new baby hair growth around her face, a double cow lick at the crown of her head, and just a touch of curl in some parts of her hair that it never just is stick straight like mine. I know it will be great as an adult cause her hair is similar to Corbins, but right now it is giving me fits! She was amazingly still while Courtney worked on her new cut!

So, we ended up taking over an inch off and cutting just a touch of layers around her face. Nothing too drastic since Miss Kaylee's big wedding is this weekend, but I am very happy with the update! Here is a sweet "after" pic, but the wind was blowing and she had already managed to get a sucker in the side :)
